Power Bars

1cup oatmeal
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey
1c coconut flakes
1/2 ground flax seed
1/2 mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Mix everything together in medium bowl. Chill for half hour then roll into balls and enjoy, store in airtight container and up to 1 week in refrigerator.
