Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
Combine in large bowl:
1 1/3 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Whisk together in small bowl until smooth:
2 eggs
3/4 c canned pumpkin
1/2 c butter, melted
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients until just blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin cup.
Bake 15 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
