Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Use 16oz package soup beans (12 bean mix). Soak the beans overnight, drain and add 2 1/2 quarts water and bring to a boil. (To quick cook beans, bring dry beans and water to a boil.
