Waffles

2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs, separated
2 Tbls Sugar
1 3/4 Cups Milk
1 tsp. Salt
4 Tbls Melted Butter
3 tsp Baking powder

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside.

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg yolks and milk, slowly; beat until smooth then add melted butter. Fold in the 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.

Cook in preheated waffle iron. Makes about 5 waffles.
